针对双螺杆空压机的流场噪声问题,采用多物理场耦合计算的求解方法,对空压机的流场噪声进行精确计算。通过对排气口处的噪声频谱图分析,选择使用内插穿孔消声器进行降噪;采用有限元分析与传递矩阵法相结合的方法,以传递损失值最大作为优化目标,利用遗传算法对消声器进行了结构优化设计;采用该降噪方法后,双螺杆空压机的排气口噪声从100~135 dB减小到52~105 d B。该设计使空压机的排气噪声得到了明显改善,为双螺杆空压机的噪声控制提供了一种参考方案。
Abstract:Aiming at the flow field noise problem of twin-screw air compressor,the noise reduction method of using an interpolated perforated muffler at the exhaust end is proposed. The flow field noise of the compressor is accurately calculated by the solution method of multi-physical field coupling calculation. Based on the analysis of the noise spectrogram at the exhaust port,an interpolated perforated muffler has been chosen for noise reduction.; by combining the finite element analysis and the transfer matrix method,the muffler has been structurally optimized using the genetic algorithm with the maximum value of the transfer loss as the optimization objective; after adopting this noise reduction method,the noise at the exhaust port of the twin-screw compressor has been reduced from 100 ~ 135 dB to 52 ~ 105 d B. The exhaust noise of the compressor is well improved,which provides a reference scheme for the noise control of twin-screw air compressor.
